IoPP Annual Meeting activities highlight Packaging Summit week. A flurry of IoPP activities – including the Institute’s Annual Meeting – highlight Packaging Summit week, May 13-15, 2008, in Rosemont, Illinois.

Another meeting of the Sustainable Packaging Task Group (SPTG) is TENTATIVELY scheduled for Tuesday, May 13 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Meeting will continue to exchange ideas about sustainablility and develop new actions and goals for the group. Agenda for this meeting will be available in 2008 at www.iopp.org/sptg.
The IoPP Past President’s Council Meeting is TENTATIVELY scheduled for Wednesday, May 14 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in the Board Room at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
Also on Wednesday, May 14, the AmeriStar and IoPP Honors & Awards Reception celebrates the best in packaging. Event also recognizes those IoPP members who tirelessly volunteer their time to make the Institute such a success. Cocktails start at 5:00 p.m. with dinner and awards program at 6:00. Annual Meeting wraps up with Technical and Council Meetings on Thursday, May 15, from 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and the IoPP General Meeting from 3:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the Sofitel Hotel (directly across the street from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center).
